Missing Out On Being With A Loved One During Her Pregnancy?

Do you feel you are missing out by not being able to be with someone you love during their pregnancy?  It’s hard, but there are lots of ways you can get involved from afar, and still feel like you are part of the pregnancy and excitement.

The technology that is available nowadays is wonderful for keeping in touch.  One of the best ways to do this is to set up a virtual group, for example create a WhatsApp group.  You can use the group to share photos, and information, just between the two of you.  Or you can choose to extend the group to include others if you prefer.

Create A WhatsApp Group

A WhatsApp group is a great way to keep up to date with all the pregnancy news.  It makes it super easy to share, and save, photos.  You can post interesting articles, or pictures of the beautiful baby clothes you have seen.  And it’s so quick and easy to check in with her daily.

You can use WhatsApp on your smartphone or, once you have it set up on your phone, you can access it via your desktop too.  Technologically challenged?  Have no fear.  You can download our free ‘step by step’ instructions to setting up WhatsApp and creating a group.

Or Set Up A Private Facebook Group

A private Facebook group would work well too.  It will store all the photos that are posted to the group, and it is easy to save these to your phone, or elsewhere.  You can scroll back through the timeline of everything that has been posted in the group, and it will be there to look back on as long as you keep the group open. Again, you can keep the group just for the two of you or add in someone else.

Not sure how to set up a Facebook Group?  Not a problem.  You can download our free ‘step by step’ instructions to setting up a Facebook group here.
