On 7-9 September, Moira and Catherine welcome you to join them for a weekend of relaxation and preparation for becoming a mum. These two amazing ladies have years of experience between them in Pregnancy Yoga and Hypnobirthing, and sharing these practices with mums-to-be. The Peaceful Pregnancy Retreat provides an intimate and friendly environment for a small group of expectant mums to relax, connect with themselves and their babies and to explore techniques to achieve a calm, relaxed birth.
During the retreat, you will learn pregnancy yoga and practice breathing and meditation techniques to prepare your body and mind for pregnancy and labour. You will be introduced to the concept of hypnobirthing, learn the practice of deep relaxation and discover other techniques to encourage bonding between mother and baby.
The venue for the Peaceful Pregnancy Retreat has been carefully chosen so that it is away from the hustle and bustle of cities, towns and daily life. A stunning location where peace and quiet, and fresh sea air, will give you the space to connect with yourself and your baby.
