NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING
We hope that you love your Gooseberry Pink purchase, but if you are not 100% happy with your order you may return it to us for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Here’s how it works
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a saleable condition.
Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the return.
Here’s what to do
Step 1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a copy of our Returns Form (this must be the email used to place the order).
Step 2: Print off the Returns Form and complete as required.
Step 3: Place the item in suitable packaging.
Step 4: Enclose the completed Returns Form in the package with your return. This bit is important – or we won’t know who to give the refund to!
Step 5: Attach the address label from the Returns Form to the outside of the package ensuring the contents are protected and secure.
Step 6: Take the package to your local Post Office and send it back to us. Make sure and ask for a receipt as proof of having sent the package.
Step 7: Wait patiently for your refund (normally within 3 working days of us receiving your returned item).
Step 8: We will email you to let you know your refund has been processed.
- As we provide free shipping on deliveries for orders over £30 (over £50 outside the UK), we ask that you pay your own shipping costs for returning items unless we are at fault. Seems only fair, right?
- Your order will be refunded back to your original method of payment.
- Returned items will be inspected to check they are unworn, in a saleable condition and have all tags and labels intact.
- Any returned item that does not meet these requirements i.e. has been worn, damaged, stained or is smelling of scent will not be accepted.
- If you have not contacted us within 14 days of receiving your order, we are unable to offer a refund. Please ensure that we receive any returns within 30 days of you requesting the returns form or we will be unable to process the refund.
Returns from International Customers
Orders delivered outside of the UK can be returned by following the same returns procedure detailed above. Unfortunately, any shipping costs that you have paid are non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item?
No, we do not offer online exchanges.
If you want to change your item for a different size/colour etc. just follow our easy returns procedure to send it back and place a new order online for the item you require. It’s quicker and easier this way!
